This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Beckley, WV. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by offering professional guidance, conducting property showings, preparing contracts, and negotiating deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, managing property listings, and staying updated on market trends in the local area.

The agent will also ensure compliance with legal requirements and provide excellent customer service throughout the process.

• Possess a valid Real Estate License required for the state of West Virginia
• Proficient knowledge in Real Estate, Real Property, and sales principles
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with the Beckley, WV, Raleigh County, Fayette, Summers, Greenbrier and surrounding counties real estate market is a plus
• Experience in real estate or sales is preferred but not mandatory
