A hospitality employer in the United States is currently seeking Bartenders to join its food and beverage operations in Orlando, West Virginia, under the H-2B Temporary Work Visa Sponsorship Program for the 2026 season. This is a full-time, seasonal opportunity offering a competitive hourly wage of $19.23 per hour, with approximately 40 hours per week and the possibility of additional hours depending on business demand.

As a Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality guest experience by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a professional, friendly, and responsible manner. The role involves both customer-facing service and operational duties, including setting up and closing the bar area, handling payments through a POS system, and ensuring cleanliness and compliance with all safety and legal requirements.

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and portion measures
• Take drink and food orders, enter orders into the POS system, collect payment, and make change accurately
• Set up, clean, and close down the bar or beverage workstation before and after shifts
• Provide warm, professional, and engaging customer service to all guests
• Assist with the opening and closing of the restaurant or food and beverage area
• Upsell drinks and menu items in a responsible and customer-friendly manner
• Check customer identification and ensure compliance with legal drinking age laws
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption to prevent over-intoxication and unsafe behaviour
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Fluent English communication skills are required
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays as scheduled
• Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check (paid by employer)
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and flexible schedules
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be eligible for and willing to apply for the H-2B visa
