Bartender Job in USA 2026 with H-2B Visa Sponsorship ($19 per hour)
A hospitality employer in the United States is currently seeking Bartenders to join its food and beverage operations in Orlando, West Virginia, under the H-2B Temporary Work Visa Sponsorship Program for the 2026 season. This is a full-time, seasonal opportunity offering a competitive hourly wage of $19.23 per hour, with approximately 40 hours per week and the possibility of additional hours depending on business demand.
The role is open to international candidates who meet the H-2B visa requirements and are looking to gain legal, paid work experience in the United States hospitality industry.
About RoleAs a Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality guest experience by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a professional, friendly, and responsible manner. The role involves both customer-facing service and operational duties, including setting up and closing the bar area, handling payments through a POS system, and ensuring cleanliness and compliance with all safety and legal requirements.
This position is ideal for individuals who are energetic, service-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and portion measures
- Take drink and food orders, enter orders into the POS system, collect payment, and make change accurately
- Set up, clean, and close down the bar or beverage workstation before and after shifts
- Provide warm, professional, and engaging customer service to all guests
- Assist with the opening and closing of the restaurant or food and beverage area
- Upsell drinks and menu items in a responsible and customer-friendly manner
- Check customer identification and ensure compliance with legal drinking age laws
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption to prevent over-intoxication and unsafe behaviour
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Fluent English communication skills are required
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays as scheduled
- Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check (paid by employer)
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and flexible schedules
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible for and willing to apply for the H-2B visa
