Maintain area of responsibility in accordance with company policies and procedures by handling returns and organizing merchandise;
Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, acknowledging members and assisting with purchases and locating merchandise;
Maintain self-checkout area and resolve member issues, process purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges for different membership types;
Assist with securing and safeguarding assets by observing potential criminal activity and maintaining logs and documentation; executing emergency procedures;
Assist with training of Member Frontline Service associates on processes and new technology; deliver program rollout training and process improvement opportunities
