Sales Representative

Metal Supermarkets is seeking a Sales Representative to provide outstanding customer service while helping customers find the right metal products and solutions. • Pay: $18.00 per hour

• Assist customers in‑store, by phone, and through online orders and quote requests.
• Recommend metal products, cutting services, and value‑added solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Enter customer and order information accurately into the ERP system.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, drivers, and team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain accuracy while managing multiple customer interactions.

• High school diploma preferred.
• At least one year of customer service, retail sales, or inside sales experience.
• Strong communication, computer, and basic math skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Positive, customer‑focused attitude with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

• Starting pay of $18.00 per hour.
