Casto Technical Services is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Territory Account Manager to join our growing team. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities throughout Southern West Virginia and Southwest Virginia and will reside in the area to take better care of those customers.

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to customers by providing solutions related to HVAC preventative maintenance, service, repairs, building automation systems (BAS), equipment replacements, and mechanical installations. This individual will work closely with our service, estimating, project management, and automation teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service and long-term value.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned and prospective customers.
• Identify opportunities for HVAC service agreements, repairs, equipment replacements, building automation upgrades, and mechanical construction projects.
• Conduct regular customer visits to assess facility needs and identify capital improvement opportunities.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic account development.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations for customers.
• Present technical and financial solutions to facility managers, maintenance personnel, engineers, and executive leadership.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on quotations, leads, and ongoing projects to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and forecasting within company systems.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• Stay current on HVAC technologies, building automation systems, and industry trends .
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience in mechanical, HVAC, facilities, or technical sales.
• Experience developing customer relationships and managing sales territories.
• Experience making professional presentations to customers and decision-makers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and personalities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical HVAC and mechanical solutions.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
