Dump Truck Driver at CRH Beckley, WV

Employee is essential in the mobilization of materials between facilities, job sites, and customers. The employee also helps in the yard as needed and operates a loader.

• Deliver product and material goods in a safe and timely manner
• Coordinate delivery schedules using the most efficient routes
• Perform safety inspection of the vehicle before delivery, including tire pressure, basic fluid levels and pneumatic controls
• Provide customer service
• Follow policies and procedures to ensure the job is done properly
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance
• Operate equipment and transport material with physical ability
• Maintain a courteous and professional manner with co‑workers, customers, and the public
• Follow OSHA/MSHA safety standards
• Be flexible with last‑minute schedule changes, location changes, and shift changes; overtime work may be required
• Transport material with attention to detail and emphasis on safety
• Initiate performance and assist with other positions for job completion
• Adhere to PPE policy and keep individual PPE in functional condition

• Must pass a drug test and background check
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
• ClassB Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required
• Prior driving experience or current certification from a DOT‑compliant CDL Driving School required
