• Crew member essential to the mobilization of equipment between highways, private roadways, parking lots, driveways, and work zones using multi-axle and tractor vehicles.

• Must partner with crews to mobilize equipment between job sites as instructed by foremen to ensure daily schedules/estimates are met.
• Attendance required according to company policy to maintain normal efficiency levels.
• Physical ability to transport equipment under temperature extremes and for extended hours. Normal shift is 8-12 hours.
• Courteous and professional demeanor with co-workers, customers, and the public.
• Flexibility with last-minute schedule changes, location changes, and shift changes. Overtime may be required. Out-of-town work may be required.
• Ability to transport equipment with attention to detail and safety.
• Initiative to perform or assist with other positions for job completion.
• Ability to adhere to PPE policy and maintain PPE in functional condition.
• Ability to assist with flagging operations as needed.
• Must be able to check trucks for maintenance needs and report deficiencies promptly.
• Must pass drug test and criminal background check.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Education/
  
  Experience:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Must possess Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Hazmat and Tanker a plus but not required.
