Excellent rates of pay with £15.50 to £16.00 per hour, with weekly pay days, holidays, and pension. This equates to a rolled up hourly rate of £17.89 - £18.47.

• As a Night Residential Children's Support Worker, you will work with a dedicated team to provide care and support to the children and young people in our homes.
• Provide emotional and social support:
  Build meaningful relationships with the children and encourage interaction with peers and adults within the community.
• Promote positive life choices and independence:
  Support children in making positive decisions and achieving levels of independence appropriate to their age and abilities.
• Daily living support:
  Assist children with daily living needs in accordance with care plans, including activities, appointments, and education.
• Domestic duties:
  Conduct household tasks and involve the children when appropriate, including planning, shopping, and preparing meals to ensure a varied and balanced diet.

• Previous experience of working with challenging behaviours is required.
• Minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Residential Child Care or prepared to work towards.
• Experience of working with children/young people, ideally those with EBD needs.
• Night shift availability; full and part-time on a 12.15-hour shift pattern.
• Driving licence is preferred but not essential.
• The position is subject to satisfactory references and enhanced DBS checks.
