• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby traffic.
• Exceed client expectations while assisting with day‑to‑day transactions and opening new accounts, in compliance with all policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on technology self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs.
• Build relationships with clients through active listening, empathy, and product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the vault and ATMs, following bank policies.

• Client‑centric approach, delivering attentive service.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and engage clients.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Fast learner of products, services, and procedures.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Strong desire to educate customers on technology solutions.
