As a part‑time teller within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Bedford Heights, OH.

• Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Processes a variety of customer interactions and educates customers on alternatives. Identifies banking opportunities during the interaction and refers as appropriate.
• Identifies opportunities through meaningful conversations and makes appropriate referrals to branch staff.
• Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products. Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.

Base Salary: $14.42 – $24.04. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.

Generally, this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 06/11/2026, although it may be longer with business discretion.
