Electrical Assembler – Wire Harness Assembly

Bedford Heights, OH
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

This team takes pride in producing high‑quality wire harnesses and electrical assemblies for customers across a variety of industries. The company specializes in custom electrical assemblies with a strong focus on craftsmanship, quality, and fast turnaround.
What You’ll Do:- Assemble custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies according to work instructions and engineering drawings
- Cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires using hand tools and assembly equipment
- Read and interpret wire diagrams, schematics, and assembly drawings
- Route and organize wiring while maintaining quality standards
- Perform visual inspections to ensure accuracy and workmanship
- Package completed products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work as part of a small team focused on producing high‑quality electrical assemblies
- Previous electrical assembly, wire harness, cable assembly, or similar manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand wire drawings and assembly diagrams
- Experience with wire stripping, crimping, and hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Must not be color blind, as wire color identification is an essential part of the job
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently while maintaining quality standards
