• Fabricate and assemble sheet metal components for HVAC systems as called in by installers.
• Operate machinery and tools with precision to ensure high-quality production.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Proven experience in HVAC sheet metal fabrication.
• Familiarity with Design2
  
  Fab software is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
