Duties

Configure and run CNC equipment to maximize operational output and efficiency.
Analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
Execute necessary offsets and fine-tuning to ensure parts remain within strict tolerance levels.
Carry out regular equipment upkeep and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Oversee manufacturing workflows, making proactive changes to guarantee that all quality benchmarks are achieved.
Work alongside colleagues to help refine and optimize our overall machining processes and production workflows.
Uphold a tidy and systematic workspace to help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team.

Required Skills and Experience

Completion of high school or GED; a technical certification or degree in the machining field is an advantage.
Demonstrated background in CNC machining, specifically utilizing mills and lathes with a focus on offset operations.
Comprehensive knowledge regarding CNC machine operation and programming logic.
Competency in interpreting and utilizing complex technical blueprints and documentation.
Skilled in the application of various precision measuring instruments.
High level of focus on accuracy and strong analytical problem-solving capabilities.
Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute positively to a collaborative team.
