About the RoleThe Lead Client Advisor plays a critical role in representing ESOTERIC’s brand, services, and customer experience. This role requires deep knowledge of our core service offerings and the ability to communicate their value to clients in both technical and non‑technical terms. The Lead Client Advisor makes sure each client receives excellent service from first contact to post‑delivery follow‑up, building long‑term relationships that drive repeat business and strengthen ESOTERIC’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and consult with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and motivations.
- Clearly communicate ESOTERIC’s service offerings and present tailored, value‑based solutions.
- Confidently recommend higher‑value services and products aligned with client interests.
- Manage the service process from start to finish.
- Vehicle check‑in, documentation, waivers, and pre‑service inspection photos.
- Frequent customer updates, including progress photos.
- Partner with the Service team to ensure accurate completion of work.
- Participate in final quality control inspections and review invoices with customers.
- Educate clients on post‑service care and proper vehicle maintenance.
- Send follow‑up surveys within 24 hours of delivery and target 99% customer satisfaction.
- Maintain service reports showing a rolling three‑week view of active and upcoming projects.
- Track staff schedules, shop capacity, and coordinate with the Service Manager and Foreman.
- Assist with inventory management of detailing products, PPF supplies, and customer requests.
- Build strong customer relationships, enhancing loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive offerings, and ESOTERIC’s product advancements.
- Customer‑first mindset with a genuine passion for building lasting relationships.
