Pay & Hours

• Pay:
  Starting rate is $18.00/hour; could be eligible for more based on experience
• Hours:
  
  Monday – Friday, 11:00 am – 7:05 pm; overtime as required

• Operate lift trucks to transport, store, rotate, and stage materials within the service center; review product counts to ensure accuracy
• Perform daily lift‑truck inspections; move up and down from the lift truck; report any equipment issues
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet goals; contribute to housekeeping procedures; complete additional job‑related responsibilities as assigned

• Experience:
  
  Minimal manufacturing and/or warehouse experience required; truck loading experience preferred; heavy forklift operation preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Strong attention to detail, ability to follow processes & procedures, and effective communication skills.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds, mount & dismount equipment; capable of walking, climbing, and bending for periods of time; comfortable working in hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of lift truck operation experience
• Lift truck experience handling heavy loads (10,000 pounds or more)
