The Job We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Part-Time Office Administrator to join a small and welcoming office team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys interacting with others, is comfortable having conversations with clients and colleagues, and can confidently manage a variety of administrative tasks in a calm and professional environment.   • Responsibilities The Part-Time Office Administrator will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities include arranging couriers, sending faxes, completing and organizing forms, maintaining accurate and up-to-date files and charts, answering the door and assisting visitors, providing invoice support, preparing data and reports, and responding to questions from office cleaners.

    The successful candidate will also support general office needs, communicate professionally with clients and team members, and help maintain an organized, welcoming, and efficient workplace environment. Requirements The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience and excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite is required, along with experience using SharePoint and Gmail. Experience working in a medical or legal office environment is considered an asset.

    A verified clear criminal background check and valid First Aid certification are required. The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently while interacting professionally with clients, colleagues, and visitors. Candidates should be detail-oriented, reliable, approachable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a professional office setting. The role requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time and occasionally handle office supplies weighing up to 20 lbs.
