Position: 2027 Winter - CDO, Data Traceability & Controls Intern (4 Months NS)

Job Description

What will you do? Gain a working knowledge of RBC’s business classification elements Work as part of an agile team to achieve project goals related to business classification Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities to enhance processes Closely work with and respond to Stakeholders Respond to inquiries and access requests within standard SLA’s Apply critical thought to existing tools, controls and processes;

make recommendations and test solutions

What do you need to succeed?
  • Must-have Ability to analyze and resolve data related issues
  • Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven
  • Effective communications skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex data environments and related issues
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Nice-to-have Basic working knowledge of SQL Reporting capabilities
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Strong skills in decision-making, analysis of data and information

This posting is for a 4-months Winter 2027 Student placement with a start date of January 2027, and end date of April 2027. In order to be eligible for this 4-months Student position, you must either:
Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of April 2027 ; or If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in April 2027), you must require the full 4-months work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully. Please ensure that you meet these eligibility requirements before applying - candidates who apply but are found to be ineligible are not able to be considered.

The successful candidate for this role will be required to be located within Ontario for the duration of the work term. Details regarding the specific virtual, hybrid, and in-office arrangements for this Integrated Learning/ Co-op position are to be discussed with the Hiring Manager.
