Position: Sr People Business Partner - Atlantic
OverviewOur Human Resources leaders at Pepsi Co provide leadership and functional HR management support to field sales, warehouse and manufacturing plants at several Pepsi Co locations across North America. This Sr People Business Partner role is specific to Pepsi Co Field Sales, supporting the Atlantic teams. The ideal candidate is a People professional with strong business acumen, solid knowledge of labour relations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively resolve conflicts and collaborate at all levels of the organization.

Understanding and experience with most or all the core aspects of Human Resource Management (employee/labour relations, staffing, performance management, leadership development, coaching and capability building)Experience in a union environment, administering a collective agreement and facilitating the grievance processAbility to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable itemsConfident communication skills with the ability to effectively present to various levels of the organizationDemonstrable ability to influence decision-making with leaders and business partnersCourage to make tough decisions and deliver difficult messages with professionalism and poiseComfortable working in ambiguous business situations and competing prioritiesSolid expertise in developing solutions based upon facts/data analyticsConsultative style and approach with the ability to develop credible relationships withQualificationsBachelor’s Degree with focus in Industrial/Labour Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or another related field preferredAble to commute between Bedford, NS and Dartmouth, NSIdeal candidate has experience supporting front-line employees, in a fast-paced business with field-based client groupsAbility to effectively manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work indPrevious work experience in labour relations in a unionized environmentProven ability to establish credibility and influence as a leader within a management team and with front-line employeesUnderstanding of labour standards, laws, and regulationsFrench language is a plusWhy work at Pepsi Co
