Job summary
As Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing branch operations, driving business development, and leading a team committed to delivering a superior member experience. You’ll play a pivotal role in growing the branch’s business, building strong relationships with the community, and ensuring the delivery of financial services that meet the evolving needs of our members.
Key Responsibilities
What You Bring
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, or a related field, with a minimum of five years of leadership experience in a financial institution or equivalent. You have a proven track record in managing branch operations, business development, and lending services, and experience opening a new branch would be an asset. You are highly skilled in financial products, lending, risk management and bring excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
You are capable of managing operations effectively while building strong relationships with both your team and community stakeholders.
