Encore AV Technician - Customer Focused

As a key member of the event team, you will be responsible for all facets of audiovisual support. This includes understanding equipment needs, interacting with guests, and maintaining positive relations throughout the event. A background in hospitality or audio-visual settings is essential for this hands-on position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately set up and operate AV systems for events

• Communicate clearly with clients to determine their needs

• Monitor and troubleshoot any technical issues immediately

• Maintain documentation of all equipment used

• Follow all safety requirements diligently

Requirements:

• High School Diploma essential;
Associate degree is a plus

• Minimum 1 year of AV or customer service experience

• Valid driver’s license necessary for driving company vehicles

• Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs without assistance

• Acquire Technical Level 3 Certification within 180 days
