Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat;
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience;
Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance coverage, benefits, claims, and billing;
Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary;
Utilize multiple systems and tools to gather and process information;
