• Takes incoming phone calls and answers customer questions.
• Handles any walk‑in customers.
• Collects payments.
• Makes policy changes.
• Assists with claims paperwork requested by the claim’s representatives.
• Provides proof of insurance documents requested by clients.
• Performs any additional duties assigned by management.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Property & Casualty insurance license required or ability to obtain within 2 years.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong time management and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
