Qualifications

Job Summary: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides a full range of physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary environment, adhering to professional standards and ethical practices.

Licenses and Certifications: Must hold and maintain a current, valid state PT license or certification. CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience: 0-1 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and strategies for managing their condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
