Optimal is seeking a capable shift supervisor to lead a 2nd/3rd shift melting team in our Indiana facility. You will manage around 15–20 production workers, assign tasks, review safety, and coordinate with maintenance to keep furnaces charged and production flowing.
Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years in leadership roles in manufacturing, with a High School Diploma or GED. Military backgrounds are a plus; strong teamwork and problem solving are essential.
