Candidate will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 20 production workers to melt and supply molten aluminum to the production operation. Candidate will assign manpower, track and update timekeeping, and uphold and execute safety and contract work rules. Maintain a safe, productive and engaged work area.
Fast Paced Manufacturing Environment
Education RequirementHigh School Diploma, will accept GED if they have relevant and good experience
Years of experienceat least 2 years of experience
Military background is also good, people who have this seem to be successful in this role
Soft skillsproblem solving, multi-tasking, organized, cannot be afraid to dig in and solve problems, ability to work with others/team player
Experience working around molten aluminum would be a plus for job but not required
