• Oncology experience preferred, but not required.
• Required to work weekend on‑call every 10th–12th week.

Required to take one holiday on‑call shift per year.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s of Nursing (ASN);
  Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Requires an active Indiana RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
• Education:
  
  The Registered Nurse (RN) must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
  • Exceptions:
    Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
• Requires Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the AHA
• Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
