Registered Nurse

We are currently seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our emergency room team. The position involves working in a combined adult and pediatric general emergency department. You will be required to manage critical situations, interpret dysrhythmias, and provide high-quality patient care. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in IV therapy, phlebotomy, and medication management. Experience with continuous IV sedation and vasopressor administration is essential.

You will be expected to handle a variety of patient cases, including neurological and psychiatric conditions. Strong isolation precautions, triage skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are necessary. Floating to other departments or facilities may be required. Experience:

Minimum of 2 years required License:
Must have a valid nursing license prior to start date

Certifications:

ACLS, BLS, PALS required; TNCC preferred Must-Have:

- Experience in a general emergency department with adult and pediatric patients
- Ability to interpret dysrhythmias and manage cardiac conditions
- Proficiency in IV therapy and phlebotomy

- Experience with medication management, including continuous IV sedation and vasopressors
- Knowledge of neurological conditions, including CVA
