Join Indiana University Health's Community Benefit team in Bloomington as an RN supporting the GROW Initiative, providing comprehensive maternal and infant health services through assessment, education, care coordination, outreach, and referral management for pregnant and postpartum individuals, infants, and women of childbearing age.
The RN works in both clinical and community settings, meeting clients where they are to improve engagement and reduce transportation barriers, with services delivered in healthcare facilities, community locations, homes, and other approved settings throughout Orange and Lawrence Counties.

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN).
• Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.

The OB Maternal Infant Health Registered Nurse (RN) supports the GROW Initiative by providing comprehensive maternal and infant health services to pregnant individuals, postpartum mothers, infants, and women of childbearing age. This position focuses on improving access to care, reducing barriers to services, and promoting positive maternal and infant health outcomes through assessment, education, care coordination, referral management, outreach, and collaboration with community partners and healthcare providers.

The RN will work in both clinical and community settings, meeting clients where they are to improve engagement and reduce transportation barriers. Services may be delivered in healthcare facilities, community locations, homes, and other approved settings throughout Lawrence and Orange Counties.
