• 5–10+ years of leadership experience where you’ve led teams and delivered results.
• Experience managing a store or large department — retail preferred but not required.
• You’ve grown from the inside — promotion from assistant or co-manager roles is a big plus.
• Comfort leading in fast-paced, high-volume, or high-complexity store environments.
