Looking for a Career, Not Just Your Next Job? Aqua Pros is seeking a professional retail salesperson who takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, enjoys learning, and wants to build a long-term career with a locally owned company. For more than 40 years, Aqua Pros has helped Central Virginia families create beautiful outdoor living spaces with pools, hot tubs, fireplaces, and more.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us—not just work a season and move on.

Success at Aqua Pros means thriving in every season. As customer demand changes throughout the year, so do our daily priorities. During our busiest months, you'll help multiple customers, answer questions, solve problems, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and sometimes intense environment. During quieter periods, our team focuses on expanding product knowledge, completing manufacturer training, improving the showroom, assisting with inventory and merchandising, and preparing for future success.

We're looking for someone who is just as motivated to learn, improve, and contribute during slower times as they are when the showroom is full of customers. If you're someone who takes initiative, enjoys continuous learning, and believes there's always something productive to accomplish, you'll fit right in.

• An experienced retail or customer service professional
• Friendly, confident, and relationship-focused
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment during peak business periods
• Organized and productive during quieter times
• Interested in building long-term expertise rather than simply punching a clock
• Comfortable learning technical products and becoming a trusted advisor to customers

• Help customers select the right products for their needs
• Perform computerized pool and spa water analysis
• Recommend appropriate water care products
• Learn about pools, hot tubs, swim spas, fireplaces, and outdoor living products
• Coordinate with our service and construction teams
• Maintain an organized, professional showroom
• Continue developing product knowledge through manufacturer training and education
