Equipment Operator - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is in need of a skilled small equipment operator/laborer to work with the lining crews.

Duties include:

Move dirt and material around the jobsite.
Must be used to working outside during cold and heat days.
Site cleanup, removing dirt & mud from all drainage areas, removal and installation on new pond liners, delivering pumps and hoses to the pond crews. Breakdown pallets, and removal of site trash.

Start date 04/20/2026, Monday – Saturday working 50 – 58 hours per week. Pay rate $28/hr plus per diem (if you qualify) $150/day – paid 7 days. Travel mileage is $0.60/mile.

Must be proficient in running bobcat equipment, dump trucks, and front-end loaders. Must have reliable transportation. You must have OSHA 10, & Hazwopper 40 (if you don't have, they can be provided to you at no cost). Training will be paid on your first check.
