The PMHNP must be Board Certified with Indiana license and DEA authority. Salary range $114,716–$128,481 plus a $20k retention bonus, CME allowance, and generous benefits including health/dental/vision, retirement plan, PTO, HSA, no nights or weekends, and NHSC loan repayment eligibility.
