MAINSAIL Group is a defense contractor in Bedford, MA, next to Hanscom AFB. We need a hands-on Controller to own the numbers for the company and the joint ventures it manages.

• Month-end close for MAINSAIL and its joint ventures in one Deltek Costpoint instance
• Indirect rates, provisional billing rates and the incurred cost submission; primary contact with DCAA
• JV accounting as managing member: WAWF billing, monthly member invoices and disbursements, member financial package
• Revenue and billing across FFP labor, T&M and cost-reimbursable travel/ODC CLINs, with a heavy travel-invoicing load
• Cash, payroll, AP approvals, banking, Costpoint administration

• 7+ years of government-contract accounting in a DCAA-audited environment; 3+ years owning a month-end close
• You have personally prepared an incurred cost submission and dealt directly with DCAA or DCMA
• You have managed accounting staff to a calendar. Bachelor's in accounting or finance; CPA and JV accounting are pluses

Bedford, MA, hybrid, in-office days set by the needs of the work. PTO and holidays; incentive plan eligibility from 2027.
