Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Responsibilities
- Audit the data of various departments within the organization to ensure accuracy and compliance with government guidelines, standards and laws.
- Responsible for the coordination, gathering and completion of government, regulatory, and compliance documents for multiple business units in the organization.
- Work with outside compliance auditors to help reconcile discrepancies and support the external auditing function.
- Assist in compliance with CJIS, NASPO, ISO, SOC2, and CFIUS LOA.
- Internal auditing of visitors to ensure compliance to U.S. Department of Commerce Export and Import laws and additional visitor requirements.
- Assist in updating policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and government regulations.
- Assist with all security training courses on site and across the country.
- Processing state, local, and federal background checks.
- Assist management and upkeep of an internal departmental Sharepoint site.
- Additional tasks and duties as assigned.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to solve problems, gather data, multitask, and skill analysis.
- Strong communications skills both written and oral.
- Requires a high school diploma or related area or equivalent experience.
- 2-3+ years of experience in a related area.
- Must be a sole US citizen without dual citizenship.
- Must be able to successfully pass various background screening requirements including criminal history, education, credit, and drug screen as well as obtain any required program specific credentials and certifications.
The US base hourly range for this position is $23.00- $29.00 an/hour + benefits. Our hourly ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the compensation target for the role across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
