Are you a visionary graphic designer who thrives on crafting compelling visual experiences? Do you have a strong portfolio that showcases innovative, out-of-the-box thinking? If so, we want to meet you!

• As a Digital/Print Designer, you’ll take projects from concept to completion, collaborating with a passionate team to create engaging, user-friendly designs across multiple platforms. Your role will involve:
• Digital & Print Design:
  Design and produce content that aligns with our brand, aesthetic, and marketing strategy for various digital channels.
• Create engaging visuals for websites, promo product graphics, print collateral, tradeshow materials, email templates, social media, brand campaigns, website banners, and promotional artwork.
• Develop responsive website designs that deliver optimal user experiences across all devices.
• Translate client goals into visually compelling, user-friendly layouts.
• Work within Word Press, assisting developers in implementing your designs.
• Ensure high-quality standards in typography, color, layout, and overall branding consistency.

• Work closely with the creative director, developers, and clients to bring ideas to life.
• Manage multiple projects, tracking deadlines and addressing challenges with creative problem-solving.
• Maintain project documentation in tools like Notion, keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Analyze performance data and refine designs based on insights and best practices.

• A strong, creative portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and web design, UX/UI best practices, and brand strategy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign) and front-end web technologies.
• Experience creating responsive web designs and digital marketing assets.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, and digital aesthetics.
• A collaborative spirit, able to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Onsite hourly role with a flexible schedule (up to 40 hours per week, depending on workload and project timelines).

Work on a variety of projects, from small business websites to large-scale e-commerce platforms and brand campaigns.
