Applied Research Solutions has an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Test Manager to support the AFLCMC/HBG group. The C2
ISR Division provides cradle-to-grave support for the U-2 aircraft, E-8C JSTARS, AF DCGS, the IBS system, and other C2
ISR programs as they transition to sustainment. The Global Network Systems (GNS) Branch (AFLCMC/ HBGW) is located at Hanscom AFB and supports major GNS programs including AF DCGS Network Infrastructure Transformation (NIT), Extended Tether Program (ETP), and GCCS-AF (I).
The candidate will provide Systems Engineering assistance applying broad theoretical and practical knowledge to the acquisition process, supporting the design, operation, and sustainment of systems and components across the acquisition life cycle.
This is a full-time position located at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA.
Responsibilities- This role will provide Test Manager support for test planning, validation, and verification activities. Ensure compliance with DoD, Air Force, HB, and AFLCMC test plans, policies, instructions, and procedures while supporting test execution across varying program phases (development and sustainment).
- Support test reporting through documentation of test events and conduct technical reviews of engineering documentation to ensure system performance and requirements are validated.
- Prepare test plans and procedures supporting program test activities.
- Develop Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs).
- Prepare and review test analyses and reports.
- Develop Test & Evaluation (T&E) segments of acquisition documentation.
- Monitor and support execution of test events, including certification testing activities and Joint Interoperability Test Center testing.
- Support training required to execute test activities and the execution of test cases, evaluations, and demonstrations.
- Assist in the collection of test data during developmental and operational test events.
- Review and analyze design documentation, engineering performance, and technical analysis reports; assess measures of effectiveness and measures of suitability.
- Support Functional and Physical Configuration Audits (FCA/PCA).
- Teach test engineering and test management courses as required.
- Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering Management, Electrical Engineering (RF), or a related discipline

The expected annual salary range is $130k - $145k. Salary is dependent upon the role and associated responsibilities, candidates experience and qualifications to include education, training and key skills.
