Principal Antenna EngineerDevelop GNSS multi‑element antenna array designs to support Mayflower GNSS anti‑jam products. Design, model, and analyze multi‑element arrays of monopoles, loops, dipoles, and innovative microwave elements, with expertise in HFSS preferred. Create impedance‑matched antennas and tuning circuits across multiple bands, and mature designs into final products. Conduct RF system‑level design, including LNAs, mixers, filters, amplifiers, PLLs, VCOs, I/Q modulators, and RF dividers.
- Design, model, and analyze multi‑element antenna arrays; expertise in HFSS is desired.
- Impedance‑matching and tuning of antenna arrays across multiple GNSS bands.
- Experience with RF system‑level design and component selection.
- Proficiency with laboratory equipment: network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, noise figure analyzers, power meters, and oscilloscopes.
- Measuring antenna patterns in anechoic chambers.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD clearance.
Participate in the design and development of advanced GPS anti‑jam and wireless communication technologies for military applications. Write and maintain design documentation, participate in reviews, and collaborate with systems and hardware engineers to implement embedded real‑time software.
- Architect, design, validate, and integrate ASIC/FPGA solutions for GPS anti‑jam development.
- Author and maintain design specifications and test plans.
- Collaborate with verification, systems, and software teams on DSP integration.
- Implement real‑time embedded software in Windows/Linux; proficiency in C/C++.
- Experience with real‑time operating systems, microcontrollers, and DSP algorithms.
- Participate in board‑level design and debugging, working with CAD tools.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD clearance.
