Full‑time, Hanscom Air Force – MA, USA (Primary location)

Quantech has an immediate opening for a Test Manager supporting the C3I & N Directorate located at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role involves providing validation & verification (V&V) support services in accordance with the program's integrated Test Plan, program development/sustainment contracts, and PMO practices.

• Provide V&V support services for effective management, in compliance with Air Force SEAM processes including AFI 99-103, Capabilities Based Test and Evaluation; and Major Command (MAJCOM), Center, and Directorate guidance.
• Provide test planning support services for C3I & N Directorate activities in compliance with DoD, Air Force, C3I & N and AFLCMC test instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare test plans and procedures.
• Prepare TEMPs.
• Prepare and review test analyses.
• Prepare T&E segments of Acquisition Documentation.
• Monitor test events.
• Support certification test activities, such as JITC.
• Support training required to execute test activities.
• Review and analyze engineering test documentation, analysis reports, and trade‑off studies.
• Support data collection of test data during development and operational test events.
• Support FCAs/PCAs.

• SECRET clearance required.
• Ability to work independently and apply the proper procedures and processes related to assigned tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with supported customers.
• Experience with SharePoint, managing, uploading and editing program data and files.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• MA/MS with 12 years of experience in the respective discipline, of which 5 years must be in the DoD; or BA/BS with 15 years of experience and 5 in DoD.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000.
