Caregivers Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect personal care in the home setting
• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, families, and co-workers
• Perform duties as per the personal care service plan
• Assist clients with personal care functions
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Remind clients to take medications
• Participate in Balanced Care training to promote holistic senior care
