• Registered Nurse with an unencumbered Massachusetts license.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in post-acute care.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Director of Nursing Services in a skilled nursing facility.
• Experience including geriatric and/or psychiatric nursing.
• Demonstrated mastery of good clinical nursing skills.
• Organizes and directs the Nursing Department by establishing objectives and standards for achieving those objectives.
• Infection Preventionist for Long Term Care required.
• Powerful knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Solid understanding of reimbursement.
