Responsibilities
- Organize, install, and support government organization's computer systems, including LANs, WANs, and other data communication systems
- Participate in decisions about buying future hardware or software
- Provide technical support to computer users
- Manage COTS & GOTS products
- Monitor/analyze output of cybersecurity related tools
- 5+ years related experience
- 2+ years SAP experience required
- Advanced technical competency in supported platforms (Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, etc.)
- Knowledge of network and data communication systems
- Bachelor's degree OR Associate's degree in a related area + 2 years' experience OR equivalent experience (4 years)
- IAT Level III certifications required (CISSP, CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, etc.)
- US Citizenship required
