Senior Associate, International Supply Chain

Overview

Senior Associate, International Supply Chain, you will play a key role in enabling Sarepta’s therapies to reach patients globally. This role supports the planning and execution of international supply chain activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with global distribution strategies.

• Coordinate international supply chain activities for commercial programs, ensuring timely and compliant product movement.
• Support global distribution planning, including inventory management, import/export documentation, and trade compliance.
• Partner with Logistics, Quality, Regulatory, and external partners to resolve operational issues and maintain continuity of supply.
• Assist in scenario planning and risk mitigation for international supply challenges.
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements that strengthen global supply chain capabilities.
• Provide accurate data and reporting to inform decision-making and support cross-functional alignment.

• Bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field (Master’s preferred with 2-4 years of related experience).
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work across functions and cultures.
• Experience in international supply chain operations within biopharma or a highly regulated industry.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations, trade compliance, and ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines.

This position requires work on site at one of Sarepta’s facilities in the United States. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
