This temp-to-hire role suits an experienced sourcing and purchasing pro ready to modernize workflows, strengthen supplier performance, and partner with a Senior Director on strategy.

• Redesign sourcing and purchasing workflows to cut cycle times and strengthen controls
• Improve source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes with Finance, Legal, AP, and IT
• Identify automation opportunities and lead systems initiatives
• Manage the Purchasing Card program, Concur travel administration, and global credit card program
• Support supplier onboarding, risk assessment, and compliance
• Build KPIs and spend analytics; partner cross-functionally as a strategic advisor

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field

• 5+ years of progressive sourcing, purchasing, or supplier management experience
• Experience leading end-to-end sourcing initiatives and a global supplier portfolio, including staff abroad
• Proficiency in Oracle EBS (Purchasing, Suppliers, Credit Cards, Approvals) and advanced Excel

• CPSM, CIPS, or CSCP certification
• Logicgate experience
