Torch Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Logistics Manager providing support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/PEO Digital Directorate (AFLCMC/HB) at Hanscom AFB, MA. The Air Force Program Execution Office for PEO Digital (AFPEO/HB) supports modernization, development, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of the PEO Digital portfolio, which includes over 130 programs for the USAF and foreign allies.

AFLCMC/PEO Digital Directorate is headquartered at Hanscom AFB, MA with operating units CONUS and OCONUS.

• Determine and correlate requirements for money, manpower, materiel, facilities, and services with program plans
• Work with support managers to maintain comprehensive support plans, including coordination with sister and coalition services
• Participate in creating maintenance and life cycle logistics plans for product transitions
• Identify and address sustainment problem areas
• Manage and adjust plans and schedules to meet specific requirements on time
• Perform clerical and office operations support
• Provide analytical support for key logistics metrics in reviews
• Help plan, evaluate, and implement program acquisition and sustainment strategies
• Create management documentation for all acquisition and sustainment phases
• Develop briefings to support acquisition milestones and planning efforts
• Perform business case analyses and related studies as required
• Offer logistics inputs for RFPs, including specifications and statements of work (SOW), Market Research, ASPs, ESIS, etc.
• Assist with financial management studies, reports, and program office estimates
• Develop logistics plans and documents ensuring asset visibility and integration with schedules
• Develop Business Case Analyses in accordance with AFI 65-509 and related DoD guidance and deliverables, including program assessments and study guidance
• Provide expert logistics inputs to RFPs including systems specs, SRDs, SOWs, and CDRLs
• Develop logistics planning documents (LCSPs, deployment plans, ILSPs, DSOR/SORA packages, DMS plans) and perform data analyses to ensure asset visibility

• Required:
  
  US citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12 years of experience (5 years in DoD)
• Comprehensive knowledge of principles and practices of systems acquisition per DoDI 5000.02 and 5000.75, including roles within the DoD and the Air Force
• Must have and maintain an active Secret security clearance

• Master's degree in a professional engineering discipline and 8 years of related experience with 3 years in a DoD setting

Salary Range (only if required): $110,000 - $125,000

The salary range is a general guideline; actual compensation depends on factors including government contracts, location, responsibilities, and qualifications.
