Couto Construction, a second-generation, family-managed leader in exterior remodeling since 1987, is looking for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment! • Experience: Project management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Type: Full-time, In-person, Day shift, Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct project walkthroughs with customers and crews for job clarity
• Coordinate field crews & service teams to ensure seamless execution
• Manage project materials and oversee logistics for on-time completion
• Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and proactive problem-solving
• Meet with building departments for inspections and compliance
• Be an expert communicator bridging the gap between customers, crews, and management

Qualifications:

• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple jobs efficiently
• Exceptional customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of exterior remodeling (roofing, siding, windows, etc.) preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with crews & customers
• Valid driver’s license (for company vehicle)

Compensation:

Pay range for this position is between $25-35/hour, depending on experience.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to earn incentives and project commissions.
