Manufacturing Engineer Co-Op - Fall 2026
The RoleOur site in Bedford, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Co-Op to join our team for the Fall 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. The manufacturing engineer Co-Op will perform projects to improve manufacturing efficiency. They will work with the manufacturing engineering team to qualify improved processes for production. When there are manufacturing problems, they will help troubleshoot processes, identify root causes, and implement solutions.

- Support manufacturing continuous improvement projects. Qualify improved processes using statistical methods. Troubleshoot manufacturing problems and implement solutions.

- Bachelor or Master student graduating 2027 or 2028
- Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Must be a currently enrolled student
- Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in mid-May/June through August/September.
- Must be familiar with the university's requirements to participate in a co-op program

- Needs to be able to work on plant floor with manufacturing equipment.

$20-$32 hourly range with actual pay dependent on graduation year and candidate skillset
