Production Technician – Medical Device Manufacturing

Location: Bedford, MA

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Shift: Monday–Friday, 2nd Shift (1:30 PM – 9:30 PM)

We are hiring a Production Technician for a temporary opportunity in a growing medical device manufacturing environment. This hands‑on role is ideal for candidates interested in manufacturing, assembly, quality inspection, or medical device production. Entry‑level candidates are encouraged to apply.

The Production Technician will assemble small mechanical components, perform quality checks, and support production operations while following FDA and ISO manufacturing standards. This is a clean, fast‑paced environment with strong potential for full‑time conversion.

• Assemble small precision components using hand tools and detailed work instructions
• Perform in‑process quality inspections and verify product specifications
• Complete production documentation and basic computer data entry
• Follow FDA, ISO, and company manufacturing procedures
• Identify and report quality, equipment, or material issues
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Support team training and production goals as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills required
• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, cleanroom, or medical device environments is a plus

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally
• Strong hand dexterity and close visual attention for detailed assembly work
