Role OverviewAs a Quality Control Technician at Lexington Medical, you will be responsible for inspecting medical device components and finished products to ensure they meet our rigorous quality standards. You will perform dimensional and visual inspections, identify and document nonconforming materials, and maintain full product traceability. This is your opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of millions of patients worldwide.
This is a full-time temporary position with the potential to convert to a full-time employee. It is a Monday to Friday 2nd shift position from 12:00pm to 8:00pm.
Responsibilities- Perform inspection of medical device components and finished products according to documented procedures.
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and comparators.
- Identify and document nonconforming materials per quality procedures.
- Maintain full traceability of products and components.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with cleanroom and manufacturing requirements.
- Communicate quality issues and inspection findings to supervisors and relevant departments.
- Formal technical training or equivalent hands‑on experience in a manufacturing or inspection role preferred.
- Experience working in lab, manufacturing, or cleanroom environments.
- Proficiency with precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, and comparators.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience with data reporting and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow in a fast‑paced environment.
This position is based in Bedford, Massachusetts (near Boston) and is an onsite position.

Hourly Rate: $23 - $27 USD
