Anika is seeking a Shift Lead for its Bedford, MA facility. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations on the manufacturing floor while ensuring compliance with cGMP standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, at least 6 years of cGMP manufacturing experience, and strong leadership skills. Key responsibilities include managing shift personnel, delegating tasks, and ensuring the quality of production.

The position is for a weekend shift:
Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
