• Hands-on lab production or manufacturing experience in a life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical environment
• Familiarity with lab techniques such as centrifugation, filtration, buffer prep, or similar wet lab processes
• Experience working in controlled environments (clean rooms, cold rooms) with required PPE compliance

• Manufacture biological reagents following established, step‑by‑step production processes
• Prepare buffers and set up production runs from start to finish
• Execute manufacturing steps using centrifugation, buffer extractions, filtration, and dialysis
• Log and complete production transactions in an ERP system
• Work closely with Quality Assurance to flag and document non‑conformance issues
• Operate in clean rooms, general lab, and cold storage environments (down to
  -20 °C)
• Participate in a rotating weekend schedule to support ongoing production cycles

• 1 3 years of experience in a lab, biotech, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing environment
• Comfort working with lab equipment and executing hands‑on production tasks
• Ability to work in cold environments and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Willingness to follow direction, take on cross‑training, and grow into a multi‑skilled operator
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Background in 5S or lean manufacturing principles
• Prior experience with ERP systems in a production setting
